  Only went in to have a key made. A nice young man paged the lady that was working in that department multiple times. I waited 30 minutes before I left. No one ever showed and I passed multiple employees hanging out at the exit doors on my way out. They stare at you, but don't speak. No "Thanks for coming" no "have a great day". Is customer service dead?

  Horrible customer service! rotten from the top to the bottom. First time Visited this Lowe's with my wife to purchase a refrigerator and couldn't get any help. The manager over appliances walked away and paged others to come help after we approached him. complained to the corporate office and got a call from the store manager Scott. He lacked the skill or desire to restore our faith. It felt like talking to a brick wall. GO TO HOME DEPOT - here's their address: The Home Depot, 4325 New Snapfinger Woods Dr, Decatur, GA 30035

  Most employees were helpful, some were not, the ones that needed to be most helpful for them to make a sell was not helpful at all and complained to the buyer of the supplies, as we were buying for a job that needed to be completed for an investment company. Her complaints to this person ended in a majority of the supplies we needed to be put back, so they lost out on additional money.. we will just get the rest from home depot, theyd be grateful for the business.
