  My toasted bagel had a long strand of artificial hair that i had to pull out of my throat b4 i completely swallowed it. I put it on my plate. I discreetly summoned the manager to present the hair that was so stuck to the bagel n creamcheese that she couldn't separate it herself. I told her i didn't want to make a scene. She gave me another bagel in a to go back. I thought she would have gave me a refund or some compensation for what had happ to me but instead she gave me another bagel. Unbelievable
