    Worst service ever!!!!! i apid Star time computers to replace my keyboard, which had a nonworking C at the time...these people replace my keyboard with a keyboard where non of the keys work...after several phone calls and text messages all i got was a promise to reorder a keyboard which i never got. when i tried to cancel my credit card payment Star Time was quick to respond to the the dispute, yet never returned not one of my calls or replace the keyboard. this has been going on since june of 2015.....cant even give them a star

    If you want professional, effective services on your computer repair, I beg you, please do not visit Star Time Computers, Inc! Management flat lined in all aspects of vital business etiquette and practices: communications, customer service, and efficiency. I paid for services in full, upfront after a cash deposit of $100 was requested and a service span of two days was expressed; I was to have my laptop back in my possession on Friday. Friday turned into Saturday since the part that arrived was incorrect, and in turn Saturday turned into Monday. I took my laptop back and told the representative that I will bring it back when the proper part arrived (since I was working from home and needed my laptop). Subsequently, my funds were disbursed back to me on Tuesday THROUGH the service representative at the Manager's request without any direct communication on my behalf. So all in all, I lost two days of WiFi-internet services, my laptop was still in the condition prior to the start, and my money was handed through the representative and then back to me! If you ask me, Star Time Computers need to resolve a few inconsistencies to enhance customer service relations and professionalism by garnering a few lessons on efficient business decorum.
